Go to www.telcan.com and click on Log In at the top right corner.

If you did choose a password at the time of signup, your account is most probably ready and you can login using your email and the same password.

If you do not remember the password you used at the time of signup, click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

If you did not setup a password at the time of signup:
  1. Click on Register at the top of the Login box.
  2. Enter the following information
    • Order No: Your order number was sent in order confirmation email
    • Phone No: Enter the same phone number that you used at the time of Signup
    • Email Address: Enter the same email address that you used at the time of Signup
    • Password: Set your new password and enter once again for confirmation.
  3. Click on Register to create your account.
Go to www.telcan.com and click on Log In at the top right corner.

Login to your online account by entering your credentials on the Login page or choose Register for a new account if you have not already done that.
  1. Click on Change Password from action menu (Desktop: top right, Mobile: Drop down from top left).
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter the new password and confirm it once again in the third textbox.
  4. Click on Change Password to confirm
Note: Your password must be more than 8 characters long, must contain a uppercase character, one lower case character and one number.
Go to www.telcan.com and click on Log In at the top right corner.

Login to your online account by entering your credentials on the Login page or choose Register for a new account if you have not already done that.
  1. On the main My Account page, you can click on Pay in front of "Current Balance" under Billing Summary section to go to Payment Page.
  2. Your currently due amount is already here or you can enter another amount you want to pay, and click on Pay with your already stored Credit Card Information.
If you do not have your credit card information stored in your account or wish to change it, you can click on Update in front of Credit Card number in order to update your Credit Card information.
Go to www.telcan.com and click on Log In at the top right corner.

Login to your online account by entering your credentials on the Login page or choose Register for a new account if you have not already done that.

To view your latest Invoice:
On the main My Account page, you can click on View in front of "Last Invoice Amount" in the Billing Summary section.
To view Previous Invoices:
  • Click on Billing from action menu (Desktop: top right, Mobile: Drop down from top left).
  • You will see all your invoices listed at the bottom of the page. (change year to see invoices from previous calendar years).
  • You can click View or Download in front of any monthly Invoice.

Login to your online account by entering your credentials on the Login page or choose Register for a new account if you have not already done that.
  1. On the main My Account page, you can click on Update in front of the Credit Card No under Billing Summary section.
  2. Here you can update all your Credit Card and Billing Address information.
  3. For your security we will not show the existing card number in full. You may update your new card number here or leave this information as is if you do not wish to update the card number.
  • The billing cycle will start on the day the installation is complete.
  • The next payment will be due one month after the installation date.
  • Monthly payments will automatically be deducted from the credit card used during signup.
  • The next billing date can also be viewed by logging into your online account.
  • For online sign-ups, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amercan Express (AMEX) Credit Cards; Prepaid Visa,Prepaid Mastercard and Visa Debit Cards.
  • Payments are deducted from the same Credit/Debit card on a monthly basis.
  • Payment card can be changed from online account
