Go to www.telcan.com and Click on "Login" from top right corner.

Login to your online account by entering your credentials on login page or Register for a new account if you have not already done that.

On the main "My Account" page, you can click on "Update" in front of "Credit Card No" under "Billing Summary" section.

Here you can update all your Credit Card and Billing Address information.
For your security we will not show the existing card number in full. You may update your new card number here or leave this information as is if you do not wish to update the card number.
Go to www.telcan.com and Click on "Login" from top right corner.

If you provided a password at the time of Signing up, your email address is your username and the same password that you provided shall work with it.

If you did not provide a password at the time of signup or do not remember your previous password, you can use the Forgot password method to reset your password.

- To reset your password, click on "Forgot Password?" from the bottom of the login page.
- Provide your email address and your OrderNo or ClientId  (you can find this information in your signup confirmation email).
- Click "Continue".
- We will send you a password reset code in your email.
- Click on the link provided in password reset email or copy the reset code from the email and paste it in Security Code box, the select a new password.

Your password must be more than 8 characters long, must contain a uppercase character, one lower case character and one number.

Please follow these steps to change the Password to Login the website:

1: Visit the website Telcan.com 2: Click on Login on the top right corner of your screen. 3: Click on Forget Password. 4: Enter your email address and the Order Number. 5: You will receive a Security code on your email address, enter the Security code and change the password.

On the main "My Account" page
  • You can click on "View" in front of "Last Invoice Amount" in order to view the latest invoice.
  • You can also click on "Billing" from the menu on the right side and scroll down to see a list of your previous invoices. You can click on "View" or "Download" in front of a particular monthly invoice to view or Download it.

Login to your online account by entering your credentials on login page or Register for a new account if you have not already done that.

On the main "My Account" page, you can view your "Current Balance:" under "Billing Summary" section.
You can click on "Pay" in front of your balance to go to Bill Payment page.

Here you can enter the amount you want to pay and Pay with your already stored Credit Card information.
If you do not have your credit card information stored in your account or wish to change it, you can click on "Update" in front of Credit Card number in order to update your Credit Card information.
